Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• All original packaging and tags must be intact

• Proof of purchase must be provided

We do not accept returns on items that show any signs of:

• Use or play

• Impact damage (including stick chips, cracks, or fractures)

• Wear and tear consistent with hockey use

Sale items cannot be returned.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect their order within 48 hours of receipt.

If an item is:

• Faulty

• Damaged on arrival

• Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours via email with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• The item was defective upon receipt

• The incorrect item was delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Items damaged after use

• Breakages caused during play

• Incorrect size selection

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where:

• A product is confirmed to be defective upon delivery, or

• We are unable to replace an incorrect or faulty item

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

• Apex Hockey is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

WARRANTY

All products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects

• Faults that occur under normal, intended use

Warranty Process

Within 14 days of purchase:
We will arrange a replacement or exchange if the item is confirmed defective.

After 14 days and up to 6 months:
Please email:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A short description

Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper use

• Breakages during play (including stick cracks or snaps)

• Normal wear and tear from hockey use

• Cosmetic damage such as chips, scratches, or surface marks

• Sale items

Replacement items do not carry a new warranty period and remain covered under the original purchase date.
